We are now seeking a Plant Operations / Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!
The Plant Operations - Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance including grounds-keeping.
What you'll do:
------------------ Track all expenditures of the department and maintain a record of all work accomplished.------------------ Assist in coordination of community events.------------------ Supervise and train all Plant Operations employees.------------------ Work as part of the management team.------------------ Responsible for department budget.------------------ Coordinate service from outside vendors for mechanical systems.------------------ Maintain fire inspection records and all other inspections pertaining to the licensure of the community.
--What you'll bring:
------------------ Previous experience in custodial/maintenance areas.------------------ Previous management experience.------------------ High School diploma or equivalent.------------------ Boiler license preferred.
