Job Description Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The role involves pulling orders, packaging and palletizing products, and loading trucks for shipment. You will work from an order sheet to verify that the correct items are picked. Additional responsibilities include receiving inventory, assisting with cycle counts, and helping will-call customers. Occasional deliveries in a 26ft box truck, which may include overnight routes, are also part of this role. Responsibilities Pull orders, package and palletize products, and load trucks for shipment. Verify items against order sheets to ensure accuracy. Receive inventory and assist with cycle counts. Provide customer service assistance with will-call customers. Operate a forklift and use scan guns for data entry. Drive a 26ft box truck for deliveries, including overnight routes. Essential Skills Experience with forklift operation, preferably large sit-down lifts used in a metal shop or lumber yard. Proficient in data entry and use of ERP systems, ideally SyteLine ERP. Strong attention to detail for verifying item accuracy and managing paperwork. Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs frequently and up to 120 lbs on occasion. Customer service skills for interacting with customers during will-call or deliveries. Additional Skills & Qualifications Comfortable driving a box truck and handling overnight routes. Experience with order picking and using RF scanners. Ability to work with a small team, contributing to a collaborative environment. Why Work Here? Work Environment Our warehouse environment is small, with a team of 4-5 members, where we manufacture and distribute metal roofing, rainwear, and gutter products. The role requires the use of forklifts, scan guns, and computers for data entry. The work may involve wearing appropriate attire suitable for a warehouse setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
