$400,000 - $450,000 Annual; however, base pay offered may vary
depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. -
Sign-on Bonus - Base Salary Production Bonus - 5 weeks paid time
off, including 1 week for CME - Extended illness insurance -
Accidental Death and Dismemberment & Basic Life Insurance -
