criteria. Purpose of Job: Promote health and wellness within our
communities by providing leadership that aligns with NEW Health’s
mission and values for clinics, departments, and programs through
the following: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee
day-to-day operations at clinic sites to ensure business is
conducted efficiently and effectively. Communicates and explains
new objectives, policies, and procedures to Clinic Operations
Managers and meets with staff as necessary to support changes.
Monitors clinic inventory management, workflow processes,
production, schedules, and staffing to ensure operational
continuity, efficiency, and productivity. Creates, implements, and
monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical
operations to measure organization efficiency and effectiveness.
Directs process improvement activities to improve clinic operations
and collaborate with other departments as necessary Collaborate
with Clinic Operations Managers to create and maintain clinic
budgets to achieve financial goals. Provides mentorship to Clinic
Operations Managers and provides appropriate training and coaching
to develop future leaders Monitors and works to improve the patient
experience and satisfaction. Maintenance Department: Supervises
Facilities Manager and maintenance department. Ensures all
organizational activities and operations are carried out in
compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws
governing business operations. Incident Response: Supports safety
committee to design and implement operational incident response
policies, procedures, and workflows. Performs other duties as
assigned. Travel may be required. Qualifications
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business of Healthcare
Administration or equivalent experience preferred. Previous
experience in a community health care setting preferred. Three
years of experience in operations and three years supervisory
experience required. Skills: Computer skills required. Excellent
oral and written communication skills, time management and
multi-tasking skills required. Attention to detail skills required.
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality required.
Physical Demands: Required to stand, sit and be mobile 1/3rd to
2/3rdsof the time. They are to use hands to finger, handle or feel
over 2/3rds of the time, while reaching with hands and arms occurs
1/3rd of the day. Climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, or
crouching occurs less than 1/3rd of the time. Communication by
talking/hearing occurs over 2/3rds of the day. Amount of time spent
lifting or exerting force is about 50% for up to 10lbs and less
than 1/3rd of the time up to 25-40lbs. Rarely is there a need to
lift more than 41lbs.
