Special Procedures/Unit Details : intubations, reductions, splinting, sutures, lavages, etcIf CNA/MA would need a WA certWA Special Equipment : Lifts, splints, dressings, sutures, glide scopes, Slit Lamp, PANDA, suture carts, cast cart etc Tier3 Travel Compliance Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start. Last four of SSN RTO must be listed at time of submittal, post submission RTO will NOT be approved MUST request all RTO / specific scheduling requests up-front during submittal. Post submittal/offer RTO may not be considered or granted. Inflexibility beyond contracted schedule and/or RTO may lead to termination of contract and system DNR. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent.
