Technician / Technologist Location: Chewelah, WA Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $23 to $27 per hour Shift Information: Evenings - 4 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rtae: $23.00 - $27.00/Hourly. Shift: Mid 3x8-Hour (15:00 - 23:30), Mid 4x8-Hour (15:00 - 23:30). Summary: The Emergency Room Technician provides direct patient care and clinical support to nurses and physicians in a fast-paced emergency department. This role is essential in ensuring efficient patient flow, accurate monitoring, and timely delivery of care while maintaining a safe and compassionate environment. Responsibilities: Assist with patient assessments, including obtaining vital signs, EKGs, blood glucose checks, and patient histories. Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments. Perform phlebotomy, IV starts, splinting, wound care, and specimen collection as permitted by scope of practice. Monitor patients and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff. Requirements Requirements: 1 - Year of ER experience Required, Minimum of 1 year ER EDT experience Required, Epic experience Required, BLS Certification.
