Position Details: Specialty: Primary Care Compensation Rate: Not
specified PT/FT: Full-Time (FT) Schedule: Monday to Friday, with
flexible daytime schedule. Day call on days covering, every weekend
day call (7:00 am to 7:00 pm), telephone only. Providing primary
care rounding in two Skilled Nursing facilities. Medical
Directorship at both facilities. Requirements: Board Certification:
Yes Experience: Minimum of 1 year primary care experience required.
Post-acute care experience is a plus. Accepts New Grads: No Accepts
Visa Candidates: No Additional Information: Patient Load: 15-20
patients per day. On-Call Duties: Telephone call only, every
weekend day. Skilled Nursing Facility Rounding: Provide primary
care rounding in two Skilled Nursing facilities. Medical
Directorship: Serve as Medical Director at both Skilled Nursing
