Registered Nurse (RN) | Wound/Ostomy Location: Spokane, WA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,569 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Wound Ostomy Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Wound Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year in a relevant specialty License: Valid RN license required Certifications: BLS, WOCN Must-Have: National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy Certification Description: This position requires the nurse to float between different units. No on-call duties are required. Weekends are not mandatory. Block scheduling is required. Expected patient ratios are 10-12. Previous charge experience is preferred. Experience with specific wound care management skills is necessary. Skills required include colostomy/ileostomy care, catheter management, and various ulcer assessments. Familiarity with wound care products and therapies, including debridement techniques, is essential. The nurse must adhere to all clinical protocols and procedures as established by the facility. Effective communication and teamwork skills are vital for this role. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities. Refusal to float may lead to termination of the assignment. References from previous supervisory roles are required. Compliance with documentation and scheduling requests is essential.
