Respiratory Care Practitioner at Providence Health and Services summary: The Respiratory Care Practitioner is responsible for maintaining or restoring optimal cardiopulmonary function in patients following physician orders and protocols. The role requires relevant licensure and training in respiratory care, with additional specialization in sleep disorders preferred. Description Responsible for helping to maintain or restore maximum functioning of the patient's cardiopulmonary system in accordance with physician orders and/or departmental protocols. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training and Graduate of an AMA approved school for Respiratory Care. Upon hire: Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Within 2 years of hire: Sleep Disorders Specialty - National Board for Respiratory Care Preferred Qualifications: Recent experience in the field of Sleep Study technology. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
