Caregiver Health Call Center RN at Providence Health and
Services summary: The Caregiver Health Call Center RN provides
telephonic and occasional in-office clinical health services to
caregivers, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and
organizational policies. This role focuses on timely response,
management, and resolution of caregiver inquiries to support
employee health and well-being. Candidates must hold a Registered
Nurse license and have experience in acute, post-acute, or
occupational health nursing settings. Description *Providence is
calling for Caregiver Health Call Center RN \ Onsite located in
Spokane, WA for Full Time - Variable Shift and for On Call,
Variable Shift. In promoting optimal health and well-being in
Providence Saint Joseph Health caregivers, the CHS Call Center RN
is responsible for providing clinical caregiver health services,
primarily through telephonic and virtual means, and in Caregiver
Health Services offices at times. The CHS Center RN ensures
compliance with state and federal requirements and PSJH policies
and protocols and utilizes the tools provided to ensure accuracy of
information and direction to our caregiver and core leader
customers. Accountable for timely and effective response,
management, resolution, escalation of incoming inquiries, in
accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Washington Registered Nurse License Or 1 year of experience as an
RN in an acute or post-acute setting Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 1 year of experience in an
Employee/Occupational Health setting 6 months of experience with
computer databases and systems, such as Microsoft Office, Excel,

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
