Job Description:
Description The Care Manager RN is an experienced RN who
functions as a core member of a multidisciplinary team and
communicates patient's health care needs with primary care,
behavioral health services, health care facilities and/or payers.

we must empower them. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training
- Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing. Washington
Registered Nurse License upon hire. 3 years - Clinical nursing
experience. 1 year - Care Managment or similar experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree - Nursing. Bachelor's
