About The Position We are seeking a skilled Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a 14-day locum tenens assignment in Washington. This urgent role starts on Aug 25, 2025, and entails managing 20-30 patients per day in a solo provider setting from 10 AM to 6 PM. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using Cerner EMR and comfortable with procedures like suturing and splinting. Job Details - Location: Washington - Start Date: Aug 25, 2025 - LOA: 14 days - Provider Type Needed: Urgent Care Physician Assistant - Schedule: Daily shifts from 10a - 6p Responsibilities and Duties - Serve as the sole provider at the clinic, handling 20-30 patients per day. - Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and splinting. - Manage a broad range of cases, seeing patients of all ages. - Maintain responsibility for patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. - Ensure comprehensive documentation using the Cerner EMR system. Additional Information - WA state license required. - Must have Family Nurse Practitioner Certification and Urgent Care specialization. - Recent or current experience in an urgent care setting is essential. - Comfort in working autonomously in a solo provider environment.
