        NAC/NAR Job Requirements:
        • Current/Active unrestricted NAC/NAR or HCA with the State of Washington at the time of application. Active NAC or HCA license must be acquired within 120-days of employment if hired as an NAR.
        • CPR and First Aidcertified at the time of hire or within 30 days of hire (class provided).
        • Washington State Food Handler's permit at the time of hire and maintained while employed.
        • Ability to communicate verbally & in writing, in English. NAC/NAR Job Responsibilities:
          • Provide direct and indirect patient care.
          • Assist with delegated nursing plan activities, transportation, and clerical tasks.
          • Support the RN/LPN in implementing patient care plans, maintaining accurate records, patient documentation, patient admission and discharge, transfers, and ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations.
          • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations, and all local, state, and federal requirements.
