• May be engaged in hiring, training, coaching, and development of employees to maximize performance, promote career growth, and support a high-performing team.
• Accomplishes operational and/or functional objectives that enable the successful execution of departmental goals; tracks, monitors, and reports on KPIs and action plans.
• Completes engineering activities and tasks for a specific architecture or technology.
• Supports new product development including design, analysis, and testing.
• Communicates with internal key stakeholders to understand technical requirements.
• Completes technical tasks and deliverables within set timeline.
• Authors technical documentation and follows standardized processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of hardware and software integration.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Professional workplace communication skills.Required Skills and Experience
  • Ability to code in several languages (C# and C++ highly preferred)
  • Experience with databases.
  • Solid understanding of APIs.
  • Visual Studio, Github experience needed.
  • Test automation experience needed.
  • Azure Devops experience needed.
  • MS Office experience needed.Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Physical Demands
