If you're detail-driven, a strong communicator, and passionate about creating smooth client experiences, you’ll shine in this pivotal role. What You'll Be Doing as a Customer Enrollment Representative Guide prospective clients through the step-by-step process of signing up for products or services, ensuring a clear and efficient experience. Meticulously collect, verify, and input all necessary customer data and sensitive information required for accurate account creation and service activation. Articulate service terms, conditions, pricing structures, and activation procedures for offerings, ensuring complete client understanding before enrollment. Proactively identify and resolve any questions, concerns, or minor obstacles that arise during the enrollment process to prevent client drop-offs. Accurately document all enrollment details, client interactions, and progress within our CRM and proprietary systems for comprehensive record-keeping. Collaborate seamlessly with sales, customer support, and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and a unified client experience from initial contact to active service.
